It's pitiful really. I've seen parsely thrive through snow and rain and dark of winter. I don't even pay any attention to it during the summer, but look forward to that bright green all winter. "My parsely will cheer me up!"
Poor pitiful thing. Sagging and shriveled. I guess the 12 degrees and days of snow/ice were too much. I couldn't even bear to take a picture. Ah well, we'll see how it recuperates!
